ITALIAN VEGETABLE SEED:Broccoli Rabe

What a dilema,couldn't decide where to catergorise this one,
it is most certainly a turnip top, but with a difference, its a flowering top and
its these 'flowers' along with its accompanying leaves that are the vegetables you harvest.
Very like a broccoli Cima di rappa 40 is ready to pick in 40 days from sowing,
or planting out,it is the basis for the famous pasta dish with Pecorino
and Chili from Puglia, but of course can be prepared as you would any broccoli.
